The ability to send free gifts to your Farmville friends is one of the finest things about Farmville. It is a great way to reinforce your bond with neighbors plus it costs you nothing more than a few seconds of your time. The free gifts that are available do tend to change based on events and seasons. Then again, there are always a couple different items that will definitely be welcome. Give animals, trees, or other items that can't be obtained any other way. Always give something that yields a valuable harvest. Just recently, Farmville added a feature which allows you to buy gifts at the Market to give to your friends. These Farmville items can be purchased with either Farm Cash or Coin and include Pink Toolshed, Orange Tabby, Large Pond as well as a wide variety of seasonal items. You can strengthen your friendship with your neighbors by giving them a high-priced item that they cannot afford.

Not Spoiled, Gifted!'
You need to leave gifts in your Gifts Box until you collect a certain number of different gifts to get the "Not Spoiled, Gifted" achievement. The blue ribbon will be given to you once your Gifts Box has 21 different gifts. Make sure you get rid of identical items-use them or sell. You need farm space for you to win this ribbon. These duplicate items only take up the needed field space!
Requests
You will usually get plenty of gifts if you have a lot of neighbors. You will not like the gifts given to you. Farmville has anticipated this and allows you to sell extra or unwanted gifts right from your "Gifts" box. To avoid receiving unwanted gifts, leave a note on your farm (something like "I would really appreciate some horses or chickens") and with a bit of luck your friends will look at it before gifting you. You can do the same for other players.
Dual Accounts
If you are using two accounts to level up more quickly in Farmville, free gifts can be a great bonus. Send yourself the things each of your two farms needs. If one of your accounts has more Cash than another, send yourself the items that your other account can't afford. Use common sense and persistence to build up your two farms into gigantic plantations.
